I'll go first. I am in a $65 buy in combination ppr league with a $400 winning pot. 14 teams. QB RB RB WR WR TE FLEX WR/RB K DEF DL DB D.

I picked 1st overall, and tried to trade out of it, but had no takers. I effing hate picking first.

1st round... Ladanian Tomlinson (No Brainer)
2nd round...Michael Turner (I couldn't leave him on the board)
    3rd round...Calvin Johnson (Same here)
4th round...Brandon Marshall (An absolute steal)
5th round...Jay Cutler (Timed it perfectly, I would have been screwed if I couldn't get him here)
6th round...Roddy White (underrated receiver with new solid QB)
7th round...Chris Johnson (Just too explosive)
8th round...Chris Perry (I think he might start this season)
    9th round...Tony Scheffler (SHWING!)
10th round...Ronald Curry (OK, probably my worst pick)
11th round... Indianapolis D. The idiots in my league were taking defenses waaaay too early and I had to act, I was stuck with this one.)
12th round...Chad Pennington (******** were drafting 3 QBs, I had to pick someone up, weren't much left.)
    13th round...Ernie Sims
    14th round...Mason Crosby
    15th Nick Barnett
    16th Michael Lewis (S)
    17th Houston Defense
    18th Mr. Irrelavent, Anthony Fasano

    So...
    QB Cutler
    RB Tomlinson
    RB Turner
    WR Marshall
    WR C. Williams
    TE Scheffler
    FLEX Roddy White
    DEF INDY
    K Crosby
    DL Barnett
    DB Lewis
    D Sims
I am stoked, I don't think I could have done much better, esp after being stuck with the #1 pick. I know my team is homerific, but could you blame me?
    8.5/10

    tned: 9/10 and 8.5/10
    anubis 9/10
    skinny 9/10
    harold 8.5/10

    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.

And yes the rush for qbs was insane! brady, manning and romo all went 3,4,5. I thought i was reaching for peyton when i was going to take him at 9. Instead i had to settle for brees (which is nice) at 9.

I had the 9th pick not the 8th as i stated. I will have to change that.

So whats the verdict though, on my team. yay, nay,ok?
its a good team. I dont think you would win a league with only Gore as the real rb. Id try to trade Cutler and White/Lewis for Lynch/Addai/Bush and some shitty qb who has a decent matchup when Brees is out.
i put in bush because i think he could explode and he is worth a lot more if you have brees.

my team was very decent and it still good since it is a sixteen team keeper league.

I put up a trade for fun. Mcfadden, Calvin Johnson and Roddy White for Colston Bush and Chris Gamble. Is that trade a little too loopsided? I think it might be but it should be fun to hear the counter offer. I never gets those trades going through anyway.

Whats wrong with jamal lewis? He had like 1300+ yards and 11 something tds last year? Someone else didnt like that pick too. Just wondering what i might have overlooked.

as for your trade, yeah, its a bit lopsided. But you got to start out high anyways. I too have never had a trade go through. I am not a big fan of roddy white-esp with the QB thing down in ATL- but if it works-GREAT!!!

good luck on the trade. I have my last draft sometime this upcomming week and i will post it when i do

We've got a reserve list, I'm gonna try and put Smith on there for the first two games and pick up Josh Morgan, by that time, hopefully I'll know what to do with the Carolina backs when Smith comes off of suspension......

This league is a 12 team league and it was only a 15 round draft...the positions are: QB, RB, WR, WR, WR/RB, TE, DEF, K and then 7 Bench guys, of course. I was pretty happy with the draft overall. I am stacked at WR, but a little worried about my RBs and TEs. And yes, I realize I reached on several Bronco players...I can't help it! Anyway, what do you guys think?

    1. (8) Marshawn Lynch
    2. (17) Braylon Edwards
    3. (32) Brandon Marshall
    4. (41) Anquan Boldin
    5. (56) Thomas Jones
    6. (65) Jay Cutler
    7. (80) Tony Scheffler
    8. (89) Donald Driver
    9. (104) Kevin Smith
    10. (113) Anthony Gonzalez
    11. (128) Vince Young
    12. (137) Greg Olsen
    13. (152) Andre Hall
    14. (161) Indianapolis
    15. (176) Mason Crosby
I NO LONGER support Rahim Moore.

I like it, but would be a little worried about your WRs. Larry Fitzgerald will be good, but think that Boldin might be the TD machine this year. Steve Smith scares me this year, but he could be good. Bryant Johnson could be SF's #1, but I'm not sure if he will be. You could be great at WR, but you seem to have more upside guys than sure things.

Overall though, i like your team.

Love your first 4 picks, but not crazy about the rest of them. It's definitely a solid team, but I'm worried about your RBs after Lynch. Not sure if any of them will put up quality #2 RB numbers.

Overall I like it, I am not stoked about my team, but I should still be competative.
Overall I like your team...it is actually very similar to mine! I have Marshall, Boldin, and Gonzalez at WR (although Gonzalez is my 4th as I have Braylon Edwards as well), Cutler at QB, and someone stole JStew from me...he was taken the pick before I was gonna take him (5th round I believe).

Anyway, I think you have 2 stud QBs (I expect big things from Cutler this year), solid RBs in Gore and Lewis, and a solid TE in Cooley. I like your WRs, but I think you could use an upgrade there and you could use Cutler/Brees to trade for another stud WR. Just a thought since you HAVE to start 3 WRs.

Overall though, I really like your team.

    Now rate my team!

I DIDnt even see yours sorry. i got this thread and the fantasy question thread mixed up....

Good looking team. Ours are a bit similiar. You are rocking at wr, your defense and TE are also good. I like your QB situation as well. You have a ton of potential at RB, but only 1 for sure producer each week.

Lynch is a stud (had him last year), TJ- could be good with favre there, but he killed me for a while last year. smith and hall also could do nice things, but you never know. I would try to package up hall and driver or gonzales or someone and see if you can get another consitent solid RB- other than that looks real good.
