Go Broncos! (How do they say that in Englandish?)
Go Broncos! (How do they say that in Englandish?)
Go Horsies.
Looking forward to the game. Will be interesting to see how they respond to what happened last week.
Despite the 2-5 mark, I couldn't be more excited. GO BRONCOS!
I'm in the same boat. Before Oakland, I figured the San Francisco game was a 'gimme, but I can't say I feel that way anymore. It should be interesting, nonetheless.
I'm excited to see them play, too. Win or lose, a Sunday full of football is better than a day full of work.
To be the true British experience, Bronco fans in attendance are ordered to get completely smashed, sing loudly off-key and begin rioting with occasional bystanders injured. This is, naturally, so to enhance the whole fanhood thing to heights of a manic compulsive disorder. Don't forget to have your passport ready for the deportation hearings.
And I haven't even started talking about the 49ers yet.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
Last I heard... the forecast was for dry weather... like around 55 degrees.
I am anxious to se what kind of game plan McD has come up with.
It's raining here now, but it looks like it will clear up for later.
I'm about to hop in the shower and then take the tube up to Wembley, because I have to get my ticket at will call and want to avoid long lines closer to game time. After that, I had back into London for some fan rally stuff the Broncos are doing.
It'll be a big win for us today!!!!!
~~~G O B R O N C O S~~~
I can confirm that the Englandish and Welshish for "Go Broncos" is.. "GO BRONCOS!!!"
Nope. Not always!
The weather at the 2007 NYG@MIA game was horribly wet.
But I'm happy to report that the weather at last year's Wembley game was dry and sunny!
Met Office weathercheck for London is here: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/...t_weather.html
Looks like a spell of heavy rain is forecast pre-game but it should clear up.
The Sixth Whiskeyteer! *hic*
Greg Brady on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra just called Broncos "with the edge" today to win.
The Sixth Whiskeyteer! *hic*
Let's hope the embarrassment from last week and their 2-5 record will be fuel for a tough, energized, and inspired game and second half of the season..
Heres the start to our 9 game win streak
I can dream I guess
