Do you think Mo ever got to see any trim lit by only the dim non led dashboard lights of an older vehicle?

I'm not sure MO has seen any trim. Ever.

After New Wave Thursday, I listened to Nicks/Prince Stand Back several times. I don't know who gets all the credit for the composition of the synth instrumentation, I know Prince laid it down, and urban legend is that she used Little Red Corvette as inspiration...but man...the synth on that track is about as good an 80's synth sound as you'll ever hear.

I listen on occasion to Retro New Wave on youtube, some good stuff but nowhere near the same quality.

I guess I never really gave Prince his due as a composer. Never really thought about it because he was such a good entertainer.

No way. So Prince composed the 80s is what you are saying

I love Sheila E's Glamorous Life more than I should. Listening to it now, it could have been another track on Purple Rain.
