I love Colbert’s face in this video. Like a kid in a candy store. Like any of us would feel.

I definitelty fell into a John Prine hole on YouTube, crazy how much music he’s made, the songs he’s written you’d never know, etc.

Long reach for such short arms.

Last night I poured a large drink, popped in the ear buds, and listened to him Apple Music.

Don't shoot me, but I'd never heard of John Prine before yesterday. Does he have some songs that I'm probably familiar with?

    Probably not. He's fairly progressive.

Good ol' 40 minute mini concert/tribute filled with songs and story telling from some friends of John Prine. Their performance of Clocks and Spoons (and the accompanying story before they play it: starting about 15:30) is beautiful. Seeing Jason Isbell supporting his wife during and after the emotions of playing that is also beautiful.
