I'm cleaning my basement. Turning my "mancave" into a shop of sorts, the garage needs to be a garage again. So I'm just listening to music on YouTube, just letting it play. Some cool shit coming up. Here's a song I love and this is my favorite version of it. Hits a little different when your son just graduated HS.

My son loves this one.

This is one of my favorite records from 2018. A combination of psyche rock, prog, and metal. The metal vibe at times reminds me at times of Death, Gojira, and Symbol of Orion. There is also a cool cover of Gary Numan's "Down in the Park".



Needless to say i finally got it on hard copy although i wish this was available on vinyl or cassette but sadly no. With that said, for anyone who is interested i have 4 download codes they sent with my CD that im willing to give to anyone who is interested. Just hit me up in a PM and i will just give them out in order in which i receive them.

I bought this CD years ago and played it half to death. Still LOVE this track. Old school all the way.

Then I watched some of the netflix or amazon documentary stuff by one of the dudes, "Killer Mike". He said that blacks need to keep their money in their culture, and I love that message. He compared it to Asians and Jews. Something about that kind of brutal gamesmanship I deeply admire and respect.

Anyways, a buddy of mine is going to see Rage Against the Machine and RTJ playing a concert together, with his son. Cool.

Today, I just decided I'd play Spotify's "This Is Run The Jewels" for all the peeps playing volleyball and pickleball by the pool.

I felt a lot of the same stuff I felt at Red Rocks with my bro. The beats. The vibe. The attitude.

Every now and then, a song comes on and I'm like...yep. Fug yeah. I'll roll with this. You got me as an audience.
