Bought a shitty fm radio (definitely got the gringo price but it’s alright) and one of the local stations started playing that 80s song Der Kommisar.

Listening to my metal playlist (thanks North). Some albums I've really grown to appreciate:

Ruins of Beverast - Foulest Semen
Appalachian Winter - Winter Always Returns
    Skogen - Eld
    Fen - Malediction Fields
Burzum - Hvis Lyset Tar Oss
Alcest - all of it, I like this band too much probably
    Ulver - Bergtatt
    Blut Aus Nord - Paien

Others, too--Septicflesh and Agalloch for example--but those in particular.

Yeah man I thought you'd get it. In particular the 90's stuff, crazy I'm just coming around to it.

Right now my son has Chopin's 3d sonata on the radio. Man, talk about a musical genius. I know they throw it around with Beethoven and Mozart, but for me, it's Chopin. That dude knew exactly what he was about and made it happen. Him, Schubert, and Prokofiev. My dogs.

Nearly fuggin perfect. This is music, to the extent that music is the arrangement of frequency-excited objects as they pass through time. That's not exactly what I mean, but I don't have time to express it perfectly. Someone help me!

Country music was just rap music before rap music was created.

This little girl is 9yr old Nandi Bushell. She is going to be a mega star one day. She also plays bass, her 7yr old brother plays guitar, etc.

Ridiculous. She was just on Ellen recently as well.
