    the polish ambassador - land of the lush
    “When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

    I know most of you hate Kanye, but goddamn his netflix interview with David Letterman is excellent. He talks very candidly about being bipolar and his admiration of Andy Kaufman among many other things. Unique dude and musical genius.

    something a bit more upbeat...Floyd!

    I.

    Feel.

    Cold as a razor blade...

    was that the first Slipknot song ever?

    compare:

    @2:45--3:15

    0:00-0:31

    It's exactly the same, Slipknot dispenses with the poetic preamble to focus on the aggressive outlet.

    It is, perhaps, a telling window into the male frustration of the era. Any era? Probably. In other times there were more outlets, whether a war or a higher social tolerance of violence. Feels like some of society now is evidence of prolonged subversion of that intrinsic drive. idk. Just spitballing bullshit.

    I prefer the Gilmour led Floyd. Waters is great tho.

    Have you heard their solo works? I thought even Gilmours solo work from wat back was excellent.
