    Bach

been listening the shit out of some Bach lately...not something I actively like (at all), but trying to acquire the taste for it. I'll spam the classical thread now.

Went through some of the backlog of Beck's material. Still love Mellow Gold a lot but when i heard this record i immediately fell in love with it to the point i bought the vinyl. I already have it on mp3 but if anyone is interested i have a code you can use if you want to use it. Just PM me and i will give you the info.

Going through some new Alternative Music on Sirius XM. Some cool bands coming up, reminds me of the early 80's new wave with a bit of pop rock (especially that first one):

Wasnt crazy about the first band as a whole but they seem to be driving between a cross between Devo, Flock of Seagulls, and Orgy.

Tame Impala definitely has a 80's vibe but i cant quite place it. Still wasnt quite digging it though but i always give artists kudos for trying to capture that spirit and sound.

    AJR? Nope. Cool video though.

Cannons was pretty good, definitely sound wise a cross between 80's and 90's vibe. Not sure i would listen to it all that much though.

Yeah I am just trying to get out of my rut of only 90's early 2000's alternative. I think this is good stuff for listening to while working but I'm not gonna scramble and buy their albums.

@shake I can appreciate the desire to wander afield when the comfort of familiar sounds is a warm guarantee that begins to feel smothering.

Check these guys out, it's new stuff that you might dig. You'll know in 10 seconds.
