You keep players you want at the expense of draft choices. Keep 1, give up your 1st pick. Keep 2, give up your 1st 2 pick & so on. I've only got 2 players that I believe might be worth a 1st or 2nd round pick, Antonio Brown (WR-Pit) & Emmanuel Sanders (WR-Den). Carlos Hyde (RB-SF), Travis Kelce (TE-KC), C.J. Spiller (RB-NO) Ravens D/ST would be solid starters, but do I want to burn a 3rd or 4th round pick on any of them? I might decide to keep Spiller at the expense of my 3rd pick, or possibly 2nd if I change my mind about Sanders, but I don't see myself keeping 4.

I found that perplexing. Most fans wouldn't want Cutler as their teams real world QB, but he's defiantly one of the better FF QBs.
