initial take:kyle tremendous year..missed opps vs indy....need a running game. He was most successful in his career when they could run the ball in the redzone. Kyle is efficient...accurate can make all the throws. Really answered the bell after tt/bq were added.....
QBOTF? Somebodys got to unseat him His to lose, but wins/losses will determine. He's got to make some plays to get them over the hump, win some games.

Tebow:raw. More mobile. Intangibles! Leader. Has to be more accurate and get "quicker" at his release. John had a longer motion (his words) but made up for it with a quicker release. Great work ethic.
josh:right guy? Young/bright/enthusiastic/knowledgeable/pedigree. Time will tell. He fits the mold. It takes time. He doesn't have the ecperience of other hc's. Seems to have a plan, conviction to make tough calls.

Elways future:would LIKE to get into ownership. Loves the game. Waiting for 'right'opportunity.
