Shane needs to go. Wow. I can't believe that went down... On the bright side, they found Sophia.

Budget cuts necessitated the over-long stay at the farm. I expect the same for the second half of the season.

Finally got to watch the first half of this season. Kind of got bogged down, but the pay out with the mid-season finale was worth it. Very well done episode.

Last night's episode was a little interesting.
I am waiting for the group to finally realize the standard horror movie cliche - NEVER go off alone. The bar scene was kind of shocking right at the end. With the number of randowm people they run into, why do they not build their group?

Seems like society moves towards a dark ages model. A populace will attach itself to a warlord that can keep them safe. They can expand as they grow.

It had to happen at some point. I think Shane wanted Rick to kill him.

The bigger issue though is the seeming mutation of the virus. Are people now carriers and will become a zombie upon their death?

I knew those guards were foreshadowing something. And was the virus Shane was carrying destroying his brain matter? He was literally psychotic.

Only thing that made me doubt it would happen was watching him as a guest on some TV talk show about a month ago and the wat he acted and spoke...he was going to be involved for quite awhile

Am I the only one who was completely caught off guard when Rick stabbed Shane? I honestly believed that he was gonna try to convince Shane to put the gun down and go back to the house.
