I agree on Marshall. I think they have taken the "life is precious" thing too far.

I like the aikido...i love the katana more though. I think that woulf be my weapon of choice.

When I was taking karate, a few times a year we would have clinics and train with different weapons.
Sometimes the Nunchaku, sometimes the Katana (wooden) and sometimes the Bo (Staff).
I always liked the Bo because if it was used correctly you could keep your attackers at a distance while doing them damage.
No one could get close enough to strike (or bite) you...;-)

Is it on this Sunday, or are they skipping a week with the holiday weekend?

That was the worst mid-season finale...ever.
Not one thing made sense after the zombies came in through the wall.
For a season that started off so well, it sucks to leave us hanging on poorly written, lame ass, weak sauce episode like this.

I haven't watched it yet. The game on Sunday wore me out...I got 4 hours of sleep Sunday night. I had planned on going home and watching last night, but fell asleep at like 7:30. From the recaps I've read it sounds like it was pretty boring! I read a spoiler storyline that sounds like the direction they're headed, but that they are holding off all the good stuff for the return. The unfortunate part is I think they thought that just mentioning Negan was enough....a lot of people have never read the comics and don't even know who Negan is or how bad he is (He makes the Governor look like a ***** cat) so I think that was lost in their egos thinking everybody has read the comics.

Had they gone the spoiler I read route...it would have been AWESOME! I think we'll still see that, but not until February. Not very good planning on their part.

I also feel like they think the audience is really bought into the Alexandrian characters....I can honestly say the only one who stood out was the older lady and she's so exciting I can't even remember her name at the moment.

the first couple episodes were good, the Morgan episode was decent... other than that, this is possibly the worst half season in this series. That last episode was absolute garbage.
