*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

That is one of my favorite movies of all time. The narration alone is brilliant. That movies feels like the most accurate depiction of that lifestyle at that time. The violence is ugly, visceral and absolutely realistic. I love the western genre and that one is probably #1 on my list of favorites, I realize that I am probably in a very small minority in this but I just love that film.

I said "one of my favorite movies" which implies I have other movies which I am also very fond of. Dammit nut, don't make me kick your ass.

The Walk of Shame - 3/10

I love Elizabeth Banks, and this film should have been so much funnier than it actually was as some of the scenes had potential - but it was just lacking throughout.

The Kid with the Golden Arm (Netflix)- 9/10

Martial Arts film made in 1979 which features 4 of the actors from "Five Deadly Venoms" as well as 2 others from the same film. Story line is not to far off from Venoms but changed enough to be its own piece of work. Very entertaining and action packed with good choreography.

Until the Light Takes Us (Youtube)- 9/10

Documentary about the black metal scene and its early roots featuring bands like Darkthrone, Mayhem, and Burzum. The story centers around these bands and the influence they had not only on the scene itself but the violence and reputation it created in the early 90's. Darkthrone's Fenriz is the main guy whom the works with along with input from Hellhammer, Varg, and Frost from Satyricon. I found it troubling to see a guy like Fenriz who seems very likable but yet depressed and sad of where black metal has gone in terms of popularity and also the tragedies surrounding his friends "Dead" who took his own life and "Euronymous" who was murdered by "Varg". Despite being on youtube this was in HD and i was able to plug the laptop into the TV and watch on the 42'.

"Concussion" is going to be a very interesting movie. Wonder how the NFL is going to handle the backlash from this movie.
