Black Mass 9/10.
Wow. What a creepy movie. Still kind of under my skin.
Basically goes through Bulgers life in segments according to testimony. Some hardcore stuff. Johnny Deep steals every scene he is in.
Would have given it 10/10 if the story was more linear.
The Martian 9/10
Great movie! Sci-Fi with humor and suspense. Worth checking out.
RIP BroncosFreak and OrangeMane

Not bad, not nearly as entertaining as "The Departed" but still very good in its own way. Depp was amazing.

Bridge of Spies - 9/10
Cold War is my favorite era of history, so I was familiar with this story already. Very well done, the sets looked realistic and beautiful (nothing beats 1950s classiness). The movie is basically set up into 2 parts: the first is very legal and mostly takes place in a courtroom where discussions occur of the constitution and the law as it relates to suspected spies, or terrorists in the modern context; the second part takes place in Berlin, and this is where the movie really takes off. The depictions of East/West Germany are fascinating. It has the standard sentimentality from Spielberg which gets tiresome, but the script has the touch of the Coen Bros so it evens out. Overall very much enjoyed it and would highly recommend for those in the mood for a historical and political movie.
