Die Hard: With a Vengeance is a seriously underrated action film and Jeremy Irons just chews up the scenery in that one. Also Sam Jackson is a great addition to the cast.

Even Live Free or Die Hard is great (I dropped your girlfriend down an elevator shaft). The series lost me after that though.

I didn't like die hard 2, but really enjoyed all the others, including the latest ones. When he gets out a moving car to shoot and brings down a helicopter with a car were pretty awesome

Mission impossible. The latest one. 8/10 for enjoyment factor. These are now better than the recent bonds

It's my personal least favorite as well, mostly because it was like a soft reboot of the first just in an airport. Die Hard 4 and 5 were over the top ridiculous and embraced how dumb the whole thing became without treading over the same beats of the first one too much.

I'm not sure, I just remember thinking it was meh

John McTiernan, one of the best action directors of all time, directed Die Hard 1 and 3.
That's why they are superior, in my opinion.
DH2 was fun but not as classic as 1 and 3.

We watch Die Hard every Christmas at my house.
