Coco - 7/10...kinda boring until the end, but well crafted. Book of Life redux with more Disney flavoring.

It's a mythical creature. From the ancient Canadian mythos. Half moose, half man, half 800 cockpower iron steed. Weazel can explain.

    Deadpool 2: 8/10

Very fun movie but it seems to stall and start at weird places. 3rd act was great and post credits was funny as hell. Like the first, I doubt the jokes land as hard on repeat viewings but getting hit the first time was worth it. Essentially more of the same as the first movie with a bigger budget and longer run time. Your enjoyment of the movie will probably hinge on that last sentence.

    The script gets 5.
The suspense adds 4 to the ranking.
The ending subtracts 2 for a final score of 7.

There were a couple parts that worked well enough for me not to think this was a Taken spinoff. I never got that feeling which I was afraid of.
It was entertaining, but I was hoping for more. Seems Liam is stuck in the same type of roles these days.
