Thread: Last movie you saw - and rate it

I gave up on the movie about midway.

I haven't seen Scream since it came out.

But I always remember it as a comedy/parody. Not really a horror movie.

It was trying to make fun of itself. When I watched it again, it just didn't feel like it held up 20 years later.

I thought Scream, the original, when it came out - was outstanding. I haven't seen it in more than 10 years so it probably doesn't hold up, but I thought it was exceptional at the time. Then again, I was 12.

This is how I feel about The Sandlot - loved that movie when it came out and like most things it is best left in your childhood.

The Sandlot was never good.

No movies are good. There is no intrinsic goodness or badness. Movies and all other form of media is a lie. But you, Buff, you're the truth.

The Sandlot is amazing and you can both die in a fire.
