    The Hustler -- 9/10

Absolutely brilliant movie. I saw "The Color of Money" when I was a kid when it came out. I don't remember much about it, but remembered everyone talking about "The Hustler" which it was a kind of sequel to.

I saw it was on cable a few days ago and set the DVR to record it. What a great movie. Great story, great acting, great pacing and production. I highly recommend it.

    I know...curse you Joss Wheadon....

How is it that Alan Tudyk is the best part of everything he's ever in, but he always ends up dying and crushing the audiences soul?

Yeah, I noticed yesterday that Color of Money was on HBO OnDemand so I watched it again last night. Not as good as The Hustler, but good. 7.5/10.

And George C. Scott. Newman, Scott & Gleason just killed it with those characters.

Took my daughter (she's 12 and doesn't like to be called my little girl ) to watch Fantastic Beast movie in 3D. I'm not usually into wizard type movies, but this one was good. We went to the Bears Tooth here in Anchorage. Great atmosphere. They serve food, relaxing seating, and didn't seem as stuffy as the regular movie theater
