Mind blown.
We're doing it all wrong.
I just cant take Michael Moore seriously. He is just way out there.
Don't discuss the content of the film or anything, just shit on Moore.
I dont think Timmy or I were really shitting on him Slick to be honest. But Moore has always had an agenda and clear bias when it comes to his films. Most often times than not they are very disingenuous so this is why i cant take anything he does seriously so i dont really think that is me shitting on him. Just a matter of opinion.
Watching the Cloverfield movie now. Maybe half-way in. Wish I was watching season 2 of Stranger Things instead (wish it existed), but maybe there will be a payoff.

So here we are with the 5th installment (4th involving actor Matt Damon) of the Bourne franchise. From a fan perspective I love the first 3 movies of the series and was letdown by the 4th in its attempt to capitalize on the early successes and go with a different angle which failed miserably. So when word got out that Damon was returning to the series I was really excited. While Jason Bourne has the excitement of its predecessors it also has plateaued in terms of story which is a bit disheartening. Which is unfortunate because there was a particular angle in Jason Bourne that could have been utilized to re-ignite the franchise and open it up to bigger possibilities.
But instead the producers and director stuck with the same format and one very similar to Bourne Supremacy. While the acting is strong especially from villain Vincent Cassel as the Asset it just has too many glaring weaknesses While this movie is ok and much better than Bourne Legacy it falls very short compared to the first 3 films. Unfortunately the story line has been played out and the creators need to come up with a new angle for Jason Bourne otherwise whats the point? As with the previous films the ending leaves the door open for another sequel but whether or not that will involve Damon is anyone’s guess. Sadly this film looks like a lot of the actors were just going through the motions of an already tired story line.
Star Trek Beyond - 7/10. Entertaining summer movie with a lot of action. I have enjoyed the rebooted movies much more than Star Wars.
