Thread: Last movie you saw - and rate it

Leo is a damn good actor and one of his best qualities is that he doesn't choose bad roles. If Leo is in it you can all but guarantee that it will be a solid film.

He really is. Basketball Diaries too. I agree with Buff that his Oscar seems more like a lifetime achievement award because I thought he was better in many other films than he was in Revenant.

Yea, he was good in Revenant but Hardy was better. Leo has been stellar though in a shitload of other movies he has done.

Hardy is a great actor, butI don't think this film was one where Hardie outshined Cap, at all. It didn't give Hardy the range that it gave Leo. I have to disagree with you on this one.

Yea, we definitely disagree. For a good portion early in the movie i didnt even realize it was Hardy thats how great his acting was to me.

I saw the whole series in theaters. I really enjoyed the first one - and then got progressively more exhausted as it went on. For such an elaborate epic tail, it really just boils down to "Hobbits repeatedly encounter obstacles on their way to deliver ring."
