    The Bucket List!!

    ***** 5 Stars

    10/10

Outstanding movie!! I recommend everyone watching it. You just can't beat Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson together.

Also saw the Chipmunk movie. I thought it was "cute" in a kid sort of way. The older nephews made comments throughout the movie. Chipmunks definately cute, I have a soft spot for their music.

Default Seen Any Good Movies Lately???

I really want to copy and paste the ENTIRE Freak discussion, but alas, I am a lazy F.

Anyhoo...Took the girls to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. Frickin hilarious...even if the kids weren't there. But I'd take kids so ya don't look weird.

I saw that movie over the holidays and thought it was sooo funny. Took the nephews, but probably laughed more than they did.

I saw Invasion the other day.

It wasn't to bad. It was a lot like invasion of the body snatchers. The hole time I kept waiting for someone to point and make that goofy yell.

Nicole Kidman looked great. Probably the best I have seen here.

I also seen I am legend.

It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The mutated humans looked like crap. You could tell they were computer animated. They looked like something you would see on a bad B horror flick.

I don't know who's dumb idea it was to make Bob Marley out to be Martin Luther King but I could have done without that.

Walk Hard, The Dewy Cox Story.

Funny, a good parody of biopic movies.

Also saw Sweeney Todd, me and my wife must have been the only ones in the theater to not be aware that it was a musical at first. We were not entertained at all. Disappointing.

    I agree completely.

The worst thing to happen to scary movies is when the studio wants the rating to be PG13 to encourage the parents to bring there kids to the movie (milking as much money as possible). No blood or guts are shown and the monsters cannot be too scary as to frighten the kiddies. So lame.

The monsters looked like hairless anorexic homeless people who happen to be able to leap large distances and climb large concrete structures like monkeys. I've seen homeless people downtown that are scarier than the ones in that movie.

    Rant over...

even though it was a matinee showing, it felt like a waste of 7 bucks. The monsters looked like the things on I Robot. 28 weeks later was so much better imo.
