North is gonna kill me, but we watched Godzilla the other night.
It was OK. Kind of boring.
Boyhood. 7/10
The movie was well done. I liked the concept as others have said about following the same people for 12 years. I knew I wasn't going to like this movie and I was right. It was really long and I couldn't wait for it to be over. It's likely just myself and personality but I have no time for movies about people's lives and them pondering themaning of life. Peoples realizations about how everything comes back to what it once was and how the future is what you make it vs what it holds.
These kinds of movies bore the bell out of me and I fail to see how watching someone live ther life is entertaining when I'd rather just live my own. I don't care about their struggles and hardships. Especially, when considered that it is all fake and scripted.
If you share a perspective like that- you'll likely not enjoy this movie and you can thank me for saving you 3 hours of time and money. If you do not share this view (likely) then you will probably enjoy this movie and the connection they try to establish with nearly every person in this country.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
Saint Ralph 10/10
Extract. 1/10
How Jason Bateman, Mila kunis and Ben afflick made such an atrocious film I have no idea.
think it might be a prequel - before he gained all that weight
Expendables 3 - 7/10 It was entertaining. That's it. Worth a few bucks to kick back, watch a show, and eat some popcorn!!
BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE
Dom Hemmingway - 8.5/10
It is a very british film, and has Jude Law doing about 80% of all the dialogue, but it is a masterpiece!
