Which begs that ages-old question, what is a douche canoe?
I think its a larger version of a douche kayak. Chaz would be the one to ask.
Thor 2: The Dark World- 8/10
The Dallas Buyers Club: 8/10
Very good movie, great acting....but isn't anything tht you wouldn't expect it to be. Meaning the plot is a true story about the disgusting hypocrisy of the FDA and how they are bought off by the drug companies. Its not shocking, and its not mindblowing...... but it is a movie that has very good acting.

Wolf of Wall Street - 7/10
Great acting and story in need of some serious editing. Much like the main character himself when he does drugs to fit his mood, the movie is a strange mix of manic highs and periods of quiet lows that make the film very uneven. There is an interesting story here, but what Scorcese chooses to focus on seems like overkill at times. Ok. We get it. These guys are jerks and like to engage in debauchery.
To me anyway it seems that this movie could have used some addition by subtraction, especially given its nearly 3 hour runtime. This movie plays like Goodfellas in its tone but Dicaprio is shown breaking the 4th wall in his explanation of the story instead of just voiceover monologues. And just when you start to get bored by the proceedings there are good scenes (the movie finally picks back up when the FBI gets involved) but a shorter movie with a clearer focus would have made it much better.
