    Midsommar...
    Just kidding.
I watched The Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended editions)... again.
    Glad I took the time...again.

If it's not 4 hours it's pretty damn close.
    It's really good.
Takes its time and ties up all the loose ends.

If I'm not mistaken, there is almost an extra hour added to the Return of the King.
Most of it is not concerning tying up the loose ends.
It's just scattered throughout the whole thing.
Makes it more cohesive, in my opinion.

Now i must see it. The uncut Two Towers made it far superior to the cinema cut. Hopefully i can rewatch them all with my son one day.

    Not bad. B- post.

I would have given you an A if you had worked "uncut" into your post.

I've recently watched 3 films by the same writer/director and now I just hope this man makes a shit ton more films.

The movies; Bone Tomahawk, Brawl in Cell Block 99 and Dragged Across Concrete. The director is named S. Craig Zahler. I suggest checking out all three of these movies. Each one is great for its own reasons.

Last night, I've decided to revisit this movie on my Apple TV 4K. Great movie and it has legendary ending.

American Psycho - Felt like some kind of Chuck Palanhuik veiled social commentary or something. The actual plot of the movie was fairly nonexistent. That said, it got me thinking and it was worth the watch. Not a fan of all the obscenity, it always feels like porn with cast-offs with curdled boob jobs when they go for the blood and gore and shock. But whatevs. Kind of a neat movie if it's taken as a quirky social narrative, and then you can say it might even be a very good movie. As far as numbers go I'd say 8/10.

whenever I watch it I hope that Anthony Scott Paul (or is it Michael Anthony Scott?) ends up with Claire but natural selection will be what it may
