My favorite romcom is Schindler's List.
Let's Rid3!!!!
My favorite romcom is Die Hard.
I watched Terminator 2 on Saturday and Terminator Dark Fate on Sunday.
We watched the extended director cut of T2 and it had a really lame ending, which didn't feed into Dark Fate at all.
While I completely get where Shane was coming from, and they did go out of their way to make it political in multiple ways (not going to get into it neither due to spoilers nor the fact this isn't P&R), I'm pretty used to having to accept this with movies at this point.
So, while that was an irritant, overall I thought for what it is, a Terminator movie that tends to follow the same script as all the others, it was pretty good. Linda Hamilton is way past her prime and having just rewatched T1 and T2, not sure how good she was in her prime, but the young stars, Natalie Reyes (I think mostly did Spanish language stuff before) and Mackenzie Davis (prostitute in Blade Runner 2049) were both very good.
Ignoring the Cameron political BS, I would say it would be 7/10 that plays strong on nostalgia, but loses points due to the political stuff.
