The movie was pretty good. Not one I'd own, but worth watching a time or two. It dragged for awhile there.

    Bangkok Dangerous- 5/10

Terrible remake and i usually like Nic Cage movies but a hitman he is not and the movie was just poorly directed. The only thing that makes up for it is the hot asian actresses.

    Bedtime Stories - 7/10

It was entertaining in parts, even if the plot was weak.

Churchill: THe Hollywood Year...........................a puerile, infantile rewriting of the history of the early part of WWII.....................Christian Slater as Winston Churchill, a US marine , and a plethora of English comedians, Rik Mayall (The Young Ones), Miranda Richardson (Blackadder), Vic & Bob, Harry Enfield (Kevin & Perry Go Large) & the 900 year old that can make women wet themselves with two words, Leslie Phillips......................OMG, it's been ages since I laughed out loud so much at a new movie

    Dude... Cage is terrible.

    2:37 (or "Two Thirty Seven")

8/10 Angst-y highschool flick. Was much better than I had anticipated, though.

I rented Appaloosa, Pineapple Express and Best Friend's Girl. Fell asleep at 8:30 last night, so I guess I'll be watching all 3 today.

    My Best Friend's Girl...9/10

WOW, I laughed my ASS off. Was totally surprised I liked this at all, but it hit all the righ buttons for me. Non-stop, over the top, offensive humor from beginning til end. The "love story" part of it wasn't nauseating ether. Obviously won't win an Oscar, but for pure entertainment value, it makes the grade. If you don't offend easily, it's a must see. I'm not a big Jason Biggs fan, butas the straight man, he did a great job.

Just finished watching Taken starring Liam Neeson that comes out on Jan 30th a little earlier than the general public.
I would rate it a 9/10. It was terrific and Liam is one of my favorite actors and it is really a treat to see him in this movie.
Long story short, his 17 yr old daughter is kidnapped in Paris while on a trip and Liam goes to rescue her. His history is as a retired government agent who tells his daughter that he was a "preventer" but quit to spend more time with her. His wife left him when he was not around during his time in government and remarried a rich businessman and she has custody of her.
I won't ruin the rest of the movie but I advise everyone to go see it when it comes out next Friday. So good.

This is one of those times when the trailers do not show all that goes on. There is so much to this movie and what Liam does throughout is just pure awesomeness. When finding his daughter he is ruthless and relentless. Think two long nails and electricity as a starting point.

Every time I see that commercial I laugh because whenever Liam's character says he has a certain set of "skills", I instantly think of Napoleon Dynamite.

I thought the same thing the first time I saw it, but afterward I kept thinking about certain quotes and nuances and started liking it more. James Franco's character was amazing, and his portrayal was so accurate. I'd totally bro out with Sol/Saul.

    loved it!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
