It's a 12 team 2 QB league. Any starting QB, including Manning, has value simply by default.

The Manning/Thomas side wins AINEC. Despite DT's struggles this week, he still saw 18 targets and is going to be a Top 5 option most weeks. Torrey Smith and Mike Wallace might get you 20 points one week and 0 the next. And I'll still take Manning over Winston as long as we're comparing INT machines.

So you need 1 QB in the top 12 & the other in the top 24. I don’t know what scoring system your league uses, but Manning is 28th in ours. Keep in mind that several of the QBs who have fewer points than him have had their bye weeks, some have also missed games due to injuries. Looking at Manning’s game chart [ranking (actual FF points)]…

…he has failed to be in the top 24 3 times, & finished 24th once in 6 games. Roethlisberger, who’s missed 3 ½ weeks, is only trailing him by 9 points. The 18 points Landry Jones scored in the 1 half that he played was more than the Manning’s 16 point combine total over the past 3 complete games. If I needed a QB this week, I'd stick him on the roster just in case Roethlisberger can't play. If the Steelers start Jones, I start him instead of Manning. Hasselbeck scored 17 & 20 points in the 2 games that he came in for Luck, who still has more points than Manning in spite of playing 2 fewer games.

Winston has out scored Manning 3 out of the 5 weeks they've both played. He's also ranked 1 spot higher in the ranking, having scored 3 more points over the course of the year, in spite of having played 1 game less. Nevertheless, Manning’s 2 very good weeks makes this a push. As far as all the other players involved in your trade, the one who gets DT is the winner because all of the other 5 players (including Manning) are dime a dozen.
