I'm absolutely stunned. My favorite comedian, and it wasn't even close. I find myself quoting him all the time. Glad I got to see him live. This one hurts. R.I.P., George.

I saw this about 4 hours ago. I didn't always agree with everything he said, but George Carlin was probably my favorite comedian of all time. The guy has made me laugh my entire life. Hell, he taught me half my vocabulary
RIP George, you will be missed.
To this day, I play one of his CD's when I'm in a bad mood or throw in one of his DVD's. I own every book, CD and special he ever did...much to my wifes chagrin. Wierd when you don't know a person (only met him once), yet people know how much you appreciate him. Celebrities come and go, but this one is a tough one for me.
Thank you, George.
In the immortal words of Rufus
"Be excellent to each other!"
R.I.P. George!
"Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?"
"When we lose the right to be different, we lose the privilege to be free"
~Charles Evans Hughes~
When I first heard about it, I felt like utter a few of the 7 words you can't say on TV. Man was a comic icon.
Me no am normal!
