I love veggies. Even the weird ones:

asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, squash and zuccini. Love em all.

Chicken marsala is my favorite Italian. I can cook the best manicotti and lasagna, but they are getting too effing expensive to make from scratch.

I love a fantastically good mushroom swiss burger.

    And Spumoni ice cream.

For me, it's a smothered burrito, and mexican food in general - not the authentic though, as it is very bland.

Thanks to MasterShake for my great signature

My only experience with authentic mexican food was when we went to the SB, against Washington in San Diego, and there was a mexican restaurant who served authentic mexican food - that is when I knew that authentic mexican food was not for me.

Yeah, I think I have been cursed. I hate Italian food, which there is an abundance of here on the east coast, and love Our style of mexican food, which there isnt any of on the east coast!

I have found a deep love of greek food, spanish, cuban and puerto rican food though. Truly good/great food.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

Indian Food, almost any schnitzel, Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding, Veal parmagiana, Roast pork loin with any of the sauces my wife makes for same

And roast turkey with bread stuffing for Thanksgiving. Not rice, or oyster, or corn meal, or any of that mess stuffing the bird.. And no giblets. And forget that newfangled deep fried turkey business, which does not count

Mmmmmm! I love oyster stuffing!! That is the one and only thing I miss about my ex mother in law's turkey dinners. Though my mom's stuffing blows anyone's stuffing out of the water, so it was ok to lose the oyster stuffing.

And unless someone knows how to really deep fry a turkey, it just turns out like shit.

Home-made pizza with perfected dough that makes you want to cry, it's so good.

The chi-ching side of me loves lobster, crab, and shrimp. If I was filthy rich or lived in Maine, we would have that everyday with fresh veggies. MMMMMmmmmmm...
