A Good Philly Cheese Steak. None of the resturants crap as none are like they make them in Philly.

Now there two exceptions that 1 is little place in TUSCON. Across from the U of A. That moved to speedway when a fire gutted the old converted house they were in. Name escapes me now. But the guy is from Philly and he brought his Dads recipe for bread with him and has a bakery make them only for his use. When he is out of Buns that day he closes the kicthen. But kept the bar open.
East coast Subs was the name.

2 Charlies Grill in ATL airport makes a DECENT cheese steak.

And for desert I love a brownie topped with Ice cream.

We also have a German resturant here that makes Southwestern Shnitzel. The traditional style with satuteed green chili strips and onions on top. Their home made struedel is top notch also.

I could eat seafood everyday especially crab, salmon, shrimp. I also love and miss boiled crawfish back in La. I love a good porterhouse steak cooked medium. I do eat my fruits and veggies!

SOme one asked me if this was a chain.

to my knowledge NO.. It was a guy that wound up in Tuscon and brought his dads recipes for the sauces and the bread. started up in a dilapidated house right off the UofA campus and when it burned down he moved over to Speedway Blvd. I know he opened one more in PHX. The name of this Place was East Coast Super Subs. Maybe he sold out or franchised it this was all 5-6 years ago when my son was going to school there.

    Best cheesesteaks outside of Philly.

tried to make them once and then decided that it was BETTER to get them at Pepe's Tamales. they have some that are traditional and then they have the Green Chile and Cheese (Asedro I think) from nearby NM and depending on the crop they get from mild and tangy to fire.

Just not worth the MESS to make.

    Complete dinner including:

    Home skillet fried chicken
    Mashed potatoes
    Corn
    Biscuits
Milk gravy (poured over the biscuits and mashed potatoes)

I would put a desert in there, but this meal tastes so good that you wouldn't have room for desert.
