Captain Corpulent Thread
This thread is for the things I make my big fat 3 year old son for dinner. I call him Captain Corpulent, hence the title. Purpose of the thread is to post all the things I make and things he likes and does not like, and also help me keep track of what I make so I do not repeat too much....IF you too have a big fat 3 year old son or the like, please sign in and participate.
Last night I made Indian beef satay kabobs with pineapples and grilled sweet yellow peppers..IT WAS THE BOMB!!!
Result- A+++ Noey loved it and had like 7 skewers. Def. worth it again.
Tonight I made: sauteed, then-cheese steamed- broccoli with store bought potato crusted cod fillets. And julienne carrots.
Result- B- the Broccoli was a bit too cheesy, good, but a lil much cheese. Less cheese next time. The fish was good (had it many times before) and the carrots were a big hit.
Tomorrow will be thin cut rib eyes, acorn squash, and peas. Easy and healthy. Mine and Noahs favs. No results needed for this one.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
