I mean, I know a person can expel gas via farts when in outter space, as the body NEEDS to expel gas more often when in a weightless environment. So is he talking about while in a space suit, or an encompassed pressurized environment? Because I don't see why the body would be able to breath out, and not burp. However, if he's talking about a human being OUTSIDE a space suit or an encompassed pressurized environment, then the body would expand and explode before the body had a chance to burp.
**ok.. I just looked it up. They CAN burp, but because there is no gravity to keep a valve closed, the burp may come up "wet" as its mixed with liquids of the stomach... since the valve normally keeps that from happening.
