Cheating is often a psychological thing about power and privilege and conquest, etc. For highly competitive people like professional athletes, the temptations must be immense.

So while I have far more sympathy for Elin and her kids than for Tiger, none of us really knows what issues led up to this and how much either side contributed to it.

Exactly. Not that we are condoning him cheating, by ANY means.... but just because she's beautiful doesn't mean she's perfect. Maybe she stopped putting out like she did before kids. Maybe she didn't like sex. Maybe she wasn't kinky enough after having children or marrying? Who knows.

But when you are a guy like Woods, and have gorgeous women (MULTIBLE)...that are so pretty that most men wouldn't even dare to approach... THROWING themselves at you... its hard to say what "we would do." We can try. We can say " I would never cheat"...but the truth is, we just don't know because we would never have that kind of circumstance.

The reality....Tiger never should have gotten married. He's obviously not ready, and his lifestyle doesn't fit that of a married guy. When you are on the road all the time, with bazzillions of dollars, and gorgeous women throwing themselves at you.... don't get married. Not if you want to taste all the fruits that are available to you. We wouldn't have cared about his sexapades if he was single. We would have been cheering him on. Now, instead, we trash him because he wrongfully cheated so badly on his wife and kid/s.

Tiger Woods-Elin Nordegren Divorce Settlement Reportedly Final

Tiger Woods has reached a record divorce settlement with Elin Nordegren, according to a report by the London Sun.

Woods will pay his former wife between $750 million and $833 million, the report says, which would be the biggest payout ever seen in a high-profile divorce. In return, Nordegren, 30, can never publicly speak about reported affairs he had while they were married.

According to the deal, which is expected to be finalized soon, Nordegren gets complete custody of their children (3-year old daughter Sam and 1-year old son Charlie), but Woods gets to share in making decisions in their life.

Woods also has to keep his children away from his girlfriends or any other unmarried women that Nordegren does not know.
