big gradkowski to the rescue. . . .
- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
here ya go, dude. . .
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...ng-interviews/Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden feels loyal to the organization that gave him a chance to jump from the Arena League.
Jason La Canfora of NFL.com reports Gruden has informed the Rams and Jaguars that he will not interview for their head coaching positions. He wants to stay in Cincinnati.
I'm indifferent towards Gruden. Gresham is one of the best tight end prospects ever. He makes sick catches and can block as well as any tight end in football. In fact I think he is the best blocking tight end in football. His is every bit as athletic as Gronkowski, Graham and a young Tony G.
This guy should be amongst the top of the leader boards for tight end.
Gruden ignores him and uses him as a blocker. The theory I guess is that he's that studly of a blocker, but why not ******* chip with him and then send him out?
Gruden appears to me as a talent killer. We took a tight end in the first ******* round. You don't draft first round tight ends as a god damn blocker.
