Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. I had a great day, free latte, off work early, hung out with ten of my closest friends and I made them all dinner. Yes, they all attempted to get me out of the kitchen (except one who was asking why I still had my shoes on), but I enjoy cooking for people and I wanted to. Great day. Maybe 30 won't be so bad.....

Most every year gets better IMO. 40 > 30. At least till your various body parts start to break down - that part kind of sucks

I LOVED turning 30. I felt like I was FINALLY, OFFICIALLY a grown up. Before that I was just pretending.
