Default Can we get a food forum?

We have tons of forums I dont want to sully up operations, but we have tons of posters, tons of people that like to eat and cook and BBQ.

If the consens is no, then I will just ask to get a couple threads stickied.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

Im pretty gosh darn close. Zam's roux really tied things together.

Last week I used pork stew meat instead of a loin, and the meat was just not as good.

So many things have to be right, but I think I am a slow cooked pork loin away from being damn near perfect.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

Please share the recipe when you perfect it.

There is an "NTL's and Thnikka's BBQ" Thread around here someplace concentrating on BBQ.

    Will do, and......

Thats what Im talking about, I can never find the BBQ or the recipe thread. Stickies can work, but some dishes, like green chilie deserve their own thread.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

As far as I'm concerned the Bacon Explosion ranks right up there on the list of famous accomplishments with the spliting of the atom.
