Default Brady Quinn, mystery man, talks about the Broncos playbook

    http://blogs.denverpost.com/broncos/...ncos-playbook/

    By Nick Groke

Brady Quinn — whether he or the Broncos know it or admit it — is in the middle of a heated quarterback competition. But he’s got one big advantage over Kyle Orton and Tim Tebow.

His background is jammed with Josh McDaniels’ playbook. From Notre Dame (Charlie Weis) to Cleveland (Eric Mangini) to Denver (McDaniels), his offensive know-how keeps harking back to New England. The degrees of separation are near and dear.

Quinn talked to Les Shapiro and the Post’s Jim Armstrong on 1510 AM (.mp3) on Thursday about this very topic. And how he fits in in the Broncos’ QB race. access from above link

And for background, some other recent interviews on “The Score”: access to the following on above link

    * LB Mario Haggan on boosting the Broncos defense
    * WR Eric Decker chats coming back from injury
    * QB Tim Tebow talks rookie growing pains
    * WR Demaryius Thomas on being Broncos’ top pick
    * Former star Shannon Sharpe about the team’s future

pfft! austin powers is a man of mystery-- brady quinn's no austin powers!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

    So Brady,

How did it feel to be traded from Cleveland to Denver, only to have the Broncos trade up for Tim Tebow? Was there a swiftness to the way your nuts were kicked, or are you willing to accept the trauma associated with being an NFL back-up?
