Doing well! Not sure when we last spoke, not sure if you know I finally retired from the Marine Corps and now work on medical robotics.

It's been a great change and a new career and company I'm very happy with so far.

No new canines, the same two, but they're getting older (13 and 10).

I did know of your career development and that you were enjoying it. I did not know you had 2 dogs. I thought that you were without after Cassie died. I'm dogless and good with that for the time being.

Right before my 2008-2009 deployment we got my wife a dog, a miniature pinscher named Lucy. In 2012 we rescued a chihuahua dachshund mix named Bella that had her pelvis crushed from being hit by a car.

We had 3 dogs at the time we lost Cassie, only 2 since. We've discussed another dog but we've never felt "ready" for that.

As much as I love them they're a lot of commitment
