I'm VERY happy with my results from this program. I can see my top two abs and think I'll have a 6 pack soon. I've never seen my 6 pack, not even when I was killing myself with workouts, or when I was on the swim team etc. Anyhow, I ran the best PFT I've run since I was in my mid 20s, I have gained strength on every workout to the point I need to buy more weights as I've outgrown my current set, my measurements are better across the board (Bigger arms, chest, legs, smaller waist, etc) and I have lost 15lbs. I weighed in this morning at 158 lbs. I haven't been this light in probably 15 or more years. Granted, the body beast program isn't all I do. I still do my runs, crossfit occasionally, etc, but I do the body beast the 6 days a week it calls for. I wasn't perfect with it. I missed days here and there and missed a whole week when I was in NYC, but I tried to stick the their schedule and plan. I do still need to work on my diet, if I do I'm certain I'll be very happy with my results.
I might need to look more into supplements as well. I know next to nothing about them. Right now I take a pre-workout energy supplement before I lift and I drink a protein shake after. That's it. Very pleased so far with my results.
Body beast you say.
Off to Google that now!
Personal best on deadlift (405 lbs) and squats (305 lbs) this week

rowing is a great movement. there was this woman in our Gym at work that uses it and I got into an in depth discussion with her on it. she rowed competitively and by the end of our intercourse, she had steered me towards looking into a couple of local groups to get involved. I may, but I have so many interests that I just can't seem to keep at. but it's a great movement without a doubt. she also told me about a book called "boys in the boat" check it out. she says that it's her favorite book. anyway, good luck and I hope all is well.
I'm glad this thread is revived. let's keep it up. working out is a lifestyle for me.
So nobody is going to address the issue of nut having intercourse in the gym
