He's definitely not gender fluid like Thom or you.

60 mi ride today. Kinda weird with the balaclava over the nose, but whatevs. It was nice to get the legs going since I've been a beer-drinking fatass lately. The man in black fled across the clear creek trail and the hawgslinger followed.

I took a wrong turn in Albuquerque, but it was for the best--if I tried to do the loop through Golden I would have been riding well past sunset.

So you're wearing a face cover just being outside?

I've only been wearing it inside or around others.

Had a strength workout as part of my 10k speed program today that was particularly brutal.

400m weighted walking lunge (I wore my flak jacket @ 23lbs)

Every 2:30 do 12 weighted jumping squats and the continue your walking lunges until completion.

I wear a balaclava with the 'mask' part down until I hit congestion. I try to stay where others aren't, but sometimes (going through Confluence Park in downtown Denver) there's a bunch of people. Out here, I'd say half the riders use a mask of some form, half don't. I spend maybe 95% of the ride or more w/o something covering my mouth and nose.

I liked wearing it up for the photo though, gave it a pandemic flavor.

16.5 miles on the bike this morning. It's no Hawgdriver yet, I'll get there though!

Had a great view for the ride!

It's not letting me insert the photo for some reason....

That sounds like a great start to the day.

What are you using for measuring speed/distance/heartrate? I think I need to replace my Cateye (speedometer).

I'm using my Garmin vivoactive watch and chest strap heart rate monitor. I'm planning on getting the sensors and a computer, just not sure what to get yet and not sure it's necessary. If I get Garmin stuff it'll be compatible and then I can just use my phone as well but I'll need to get a phone mount.
