I'll be doing it Monday morning in boots and utes, possibly with a weighted vest as well. We shall see.

I haven't gone to the gym in about three weeks and have been eating like absolute shit in that time as well. I'm going hunting next weekend and know it'll be a beer and BBQ filled melee, but starting June 3 I'm getting back at it.

Davii, when you run your Murph, what do you break your sets into? I do 10/20/30 for 10 sets each, but it's a mother****. I'm a little scared of the pullups this year. I've been hardgaining for about a year and I'm up 30ish lbs since the last time I did this.

The classic is 20 rounds of 5 - 10 - 15. Two years ago I did what you're proposint, I didn't do it last year as my wife was intubated the day before, and the last time I did it was pre-heart attack.

So.... this year I'll be doing 20 rounds 5 - 10 - 15. I can always keep the pace blistering if my heart rates stays steady, if I hit max I'll just take a quick breather and get back at it when I hit under 160.

    Easy day!

Today's workout was "Holleyman"... also a beast!

The events are going to be circus dumbbell, Max deadlift, husafel stone, side hammer hold, and a truck pull. Mostly I just train squat, deadlift, ohp, bench and then whatever accessories my program has me doing at the time. I just finished up a second 6 week cycle of Wendler's Building the Monolith. It was not easy. Lots of eating and lots of training.
