Been doing a couch 2 5k running program, doing it as my cardio at the end of my work outs.
Side question, any one have any good workout music ideas?

I go metal all the way when working out.
I guess I have to stop treating the grocery store like a leper colony. I despise grocery shopping, so maybe that plays into my idea of healthier foods costing more because I want to get the hell out of there so fast
3.5 weeks to go.
Think on Monday I'm gonna put myself into ketosis until it's over and then start cutting sodium and water a week after that.

Not crazy like some will. A LOT of these guys have been on gear cycles and will use perscription diurectics and go through a whole contest prep just for the after pics.
I'll take some caffeine pills as mild diuretics, but cutting sodium a couple weeks ahead will have more impact.
