You can't (or shouldn't?) go see a horror flick in the morning.

PS - I like the Alamo, but the Southglenn theater is where we usually go now. The seats are awesome.

Southglenn is such a drive though. Like 8 minutes or more.

I like Landmark Theater at Greenwood Village, too. Unlimited soda and popcorn is worth a few extra bucks a ticket and the couches are nice.

Prometheus gets a lot of crap but I really like that movie. Prometheus, Alien, and Aliens are my preferred Alien Trilogy and Covenant looks really good. The idea of the Engineers is creepy as hell.

Yeah I don't get why people talk shit about Prometheus? I guess it's bad for a sci Fi movie to be smart and scary.

It always comes down to some generic crap like why didn't Charlize Theron run to the side when the ship was crashing. I love the Ancient Alien theories and things like that so seeing a movie where man essentially meets God only to find out God wants to kill him was pretty messed up. There were some dumb parts, but overall it was a beautiful movie with some classic stuff in it. The "abortion" scene had me squirming in my seat and I usually don't get affected by movies like that.

The Gunslinger (the first Dark Tower book) is possibly King's best work.

I can't wait to see this. However, I fear I am just going to see how badly Hollywood can **** this one up.
