Been at the 198-200 mark for the last 3 weeks...
Can't seem to get past it. My goal is around 190 but looks like I'm gonna have a tough time getting to it...
So this is the hump I hear so many people speak of...

Oh hey, speaking of, I'm finally going back down- I've lost 3 pounds. I'm not even going to say how much I weigh though. Just that I have already sworn to never get this high again.
Walk No. 2, .7 miles, 16 minutes, 198.6.
