Indiana was never a #1 or #2 seed with any expectations. I call it what it is, getting to the dance and never doing much. But, they weren't expected to either. Carry on!

Self's first year was Elite 8 and ran into a hot Georgia Tech team. However, they were not 1 and 2 seeds when they lost to Bucknell and Bradley. Bucknell is unforgivable. Bradley, they were all Freshmen. Last year, UCLA was the 2 seed playing at home.
Prior to self, they were back to back Final 4s including the runner up to Syracuse which never should have happened...but it did.

I'm just saying in Kansas right now the expectatinos are higher than at Indiana. IU doesn't sit at the top of the polls like Kansas does most years anymore. I could care less about 13 years ago or whatever MB was referring to. I was just talking about the current Kansas team and the expectations compared to IU. If Indiana hadn't had the Sampson phone scandal, I would of expected more. Just saying!!!

I know. But the "collapse" you are referring to vs the Mid majors involved KU teams that were not sitting at the top either.

I'm intrigued by tonights games. I see 4 good games tonight. I'm pretty excited to watch these tonight.
