Wade Davis sucks
If they can play the Rockies the rest of the year they’d go undefeated.
“If there are no animals in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went.” - Will Rogers (paraphrased)
I love DJ LeMahieu, he is one of my all-time favorite Rockies and one of my all-time favorite baseball players period, but the fact that he already has 10 HRs in that micro-stadium yet I keep hearing commentary that says "I guess he wasn't a product of Coors Field afterall" really chaps my ass. The highest HR total of DJ's career while playing in Coors Field was 15, he already has 10.
What I hate is when Rockies hitters get talked about like they're nothing without Coors Field yet never a mention of hitters being made by Yankees Stadium or pitchers benefitting from the numerous pitchers parks out there.

Wade Davis sucks and Bud Black sticking with him as closer over O'Berg is so ******* stupid. Get the **** over it Bud, Davis is ******* done dumbass!
Bud Black is a name like Walter White
Last night, Oberg pitched a perfect top of the 8th - 3 up, 3 down. There have been a lot of games where Black has had him pitch more than one inning. Based on what Oberg did in the 8th, there was no reason for him to not pitch the top of the 9th. I put last night's loss on Black.

rest - https://www.denverpost.com/2019/06/2...loser-changes/Far too many walks and too many late-game meltdowns by Wade Davis have the Rockies considering removing Davis as the club’s closer.
“We are contemplating a few things,” manager Bud Black said Friday before the Rockies hosted the Dodgers at Coors Field.
Davis, 33, owns a 6.00 ERA after giving up four runs in the ninth inning of the Dodgers’ 12-8 victory over Colorado Thursday night. The right-hander, who signed a three-year, $52 million contract prior to the 2018 season, has given up 16 walks in just 24 innings this season. That’s an average of 6.0 walks per nine innings. Plus, opponents are batting .289 against him.
