So what happened last night?
Arenado just charged Perdomo after Perdomo tried to hit Arenado in the shoulder. AJ Ellis also got ejected. Big scrum, probably suspensions coming.

Nolan was suspended for five games, Gerardo for four, and SD's pitcher Perdomo for five games. Does this mean that Perdomo will actually miss one start only? If that is correct, instead of suspending a starting pitcher for a number of consecutive games, why aren't they suspended for a number of starts?
