    Default Acoustic Guitar Thread

I have long been a fan of Acoustic Guitars. Take a listen to some of these, I'm sure you won't have heard things similar to this before:

    (my favourite piece ever)
    (great trio)
(you'll have NEVER EVER seen a guitar played like this I'm sure)

Lol. Oddly enough, I have seen someone play like that. Only once though, and not as good as that guy. He's a friend of mine. His name is Chase Dabney. I'll post a video or two after work.

    Stevie Ray Vaughan - Testify
Played on 12 strings. Turn volume up to really appreciate this one.

Tommy Emmanuel - 12 Bar Blues in the Key of E

I can't say he's the best in the world because I haven't heard everyone in the world.
But he may be the best acoustical guitar player I've ever heard. At the very least,
his name should pop up in any such argument, IMO . . .

Billy Squire opened for Bad Company (with Paul Rodgers). Squire's entire set consisted of him sitting on the edge of the stage playing acoustic. It was awesome!
