In this episode Neko and i tackle how the loss of technology would affect humanity especially during times like this when isolation and lack of socializing is needed. Furthermore, more postponements and cancellations of concerts adds to the depression.

We have a movie review of Glass and a recap of Shymalan's work throughout the years as well as reviews for music documentaries for L7 and The Mentors. Check out as we discuss the connection both have with the late Kurt Cobain.

And when it comes to the paranormal, are Ed and Lorraine Warren the real deal? Are they really out to help people or did they do everything for fame and financial gain?

We would like to thank V.R. Finland and Grand Sounds Promotion for selected tracks in this episode and as usual a big thanks to Sky Neilsen Promotions and Chris Grant and Kelly Grant from Metal O Mania for their great support of the Metal Tavern Radio Podcast.

In this episode we discuss "Making a Murderer" season 2 as it breaks down even more the problematic approach to the Steven Avery case. How much of it falls on possible corruption with law enforcement and the political posturing of the justice system? And is there still a killer on the loose?

We touch a little more on Tiger King and the revelation that when investigated Carole Baskin refused to take a polygraph unlike those around her. Is she hiding something or simply not wanting to put herself at risk of being a scapegoat?

Loudwire posts an article regarding the 10 best pop rock songs of the 90's, here as Neko and i agree or disagree on the list. And a long time metal album artist is accused of disemboweling and murdering his father. Yikes.....

Special thanks to Grand Sounds Promotion, Curtain Call Records, Metal Message, and Qabar PR for selected tracks this week.

In this episode Neko and I talk about movie trailers for Valhalla, Morbius, and Extraction as well as new info regarding Godzilla vs Kong and Sherlock Holmes 3.

Also in the rock segment we look back on the death anniversaries of Kurt Cobain and Layne Staley and the legacies they leave behind as artists. And if you have to watch one stand up comedy special this year check out Netflix's Bert Kreischer which is beyond hilarious. Relive some of Noobs pot cookie stories and the aftermath of his out of body experience in which Neko takes full advantage sexually....

And finally Neko breaks down the benefits that artists in all trades can get from the Cares Act and how to inquire about that particular financial aid during these trying times.

In this episode Anubis and Neko get into a debate about whether or not The Goonies and Pee Wee Herman are remotely even good. Also, believe it or not the Cannonball Run is based off a real cross country race and right now there is controversy of whether or not records made are legit.

In music news King Diamond is working on reissuing classic material from his solo work as well as early Mercyful Fate releases. And during the downtime due to the coronavirus Devin Townsend has began a podcast series based upon his albums in his catalog and throughout his career.

Part 2 of the double shot today,

This week get ready as Noobs goes on a rant about genre classification and why it matters. I also give my review of the creepy crawly movie Itsy Bitsy. In gaming news World of Warcraft gives hunters what they really NEED, more stable space for their critters!

Tune in as i discuss two documentaries on Amazon Prime with the first dealing with the history of building parks, buildings, houses, etc on top of graves. Is this why the earth is so restless? What is the solution? Do we continue to make space for the dead only to tear them up and build over them or is cremation the answer? Find out in Built On Graves right here.

In the other doc we explore the documentary Catnip Nation and how it deals with feral cat colonies. We discuss how some people who go out of their way to feed and water these wild creatures often face harassment and even legal persecution for simply being humane. And in one instance, one cat simply doesnt want to go along with the relocation program and attempts a 9 mile journey which almost costs him his life.

Special thanks to Chris and Kelli Grant of Metal O Mania and Sky Neilsen Promotions for their continued support of the Metal Tavern Radio Podcast.

In this episode I talk a bit more about ESPN's "Last Dance" that showcases the 90's Chicago Bulls teams and their star Michael Jordan. We begin to find out that it wasnt just Jordan that had an axe to grind with Isaiah Thomas, how Jordan took it personally being compared to Clyde Drexler, and new teammate Tony Kukoc gets a hard welcome during the Olympics.

Also, Brazil's Nervosa get a new makeover as two members leave and 3 take their place. Find out what the band may be like and have in store for the metal masses going into the future. Also, more controversy is at hand with the Star Wars saga. Are the problems all derived out of sexism or racism or is it possible the movies simply were not well made? Find out what this guy thinks about it and how it compares to the Ghostbusters reboot and controversy.

And i had a chance to check out 2007's "Once Upon a Time in Norway" a doc about the band Mayhem. We compare how historically things were changed in the recent film "Lords of Chaos" and how it differs from what really went on. We also find out that Oystein Aarseth despite being worshiped by young fans really wasnt all that liked by other musicians within the community.

Special thanks to Everlasting Spew Records, Xenokorp, Angel PR, Mighty Spell Records, Qabar PR, and Grand Sounds Promotion for selected tracks this week. Also Special thanks to Metal O Mania and Sky Neilsen Promotions for their continued support of the Metal Tavern Radio Podcast.
