The season is basically done, ts just a matter of going through the motions and getting it over with at this point.
Also, pass on Bradford, this year or next. His best skill is making money while not playing
They have to add THREE QB’s next offseason, then they should keep drafting one until they finally fix the problem.
When was the last time they actually fixed something? They fixed the run defense and that lasted one season, now they’re setting records in run game again. They finally seem to have found a 3rd WR and they traded one, so even when they do fix something they **** it up.
Turn your noses up on players that actually have talent like Bradford, when you need 3 players at a position you haven’t hit on since Jay Cutler ... yeah, let’s do that.
Arizona and N.Y. Jets did it right, they didn’t look at Bradford and Bridgewater as perfect solutions because they know they’re in a business where there is no such ******* thing as a perfect solution.
How many ******* TE’s have they gone through? They search high and low for the same big, white, BIG 10 stiff but Sam Bradford is below our stringent standards?
Beggars can’t be Choosers.
Russell Wilson
Derek Carr
Joe Flacco
Patrick Mahomes
Sam Darnold
Jared Goff
Josh Rosen
Patrick Mahomes
Deshaun Watson
Up next ... Phyllis Rivers
QB envy, the struggle is real.
Yeah we have enough talent that pride might get us a few wins, but the coaching staff will probably prevent that as well. Its time to start thinking about how to get better as a team next year. First priority should be a young innovative offensive mind HC, or a sound coach that can get the best out of Keenum and develop the future behind him. If we can consistently get the Keenum we saw against the Texans then we should be able to be playoff ready as early as next year, then our new draft pick should be ready to go full status the following year after pushing Keenum hard for playing time the year prior. Then we also have the befit that if keenum messes up he can get benched by a promising rookie, and we have the next Alex smith/Mahomes situation...BOOM! lol
I hate keenum, hate the signing, the man, the player.
But the reality is, he has not been consistently our biggest problem since about week 5 or 6. In fact recently he has played to his max potential, and although that is still average I can't fault him for that
Our biggest problem on offence is Musgrave.
He has no imagination and no idea how to use the talent he has.
He's terrible.
Agreed. With all the capability running the ball which would help with better play action at critical times they seem stone headed in the wrong kind of plays. There is a stunning lack of identity which is all stemming from a putrid OLine. They did look better last week tho
